EverTick is an independently operated e-commerce brand specializing in premium pocket watches and timeless accessories.
We are not a manufacturing company or factory. Our team focuses on product research, design, supplier management, quality control, customer experience, and marketing.
How Our Products Are Developed
Every EverTick product begins with an idea developed by our team. Below is an overview of how that idea becomes a finished product.
Concept & Design – We develop product concepts, styles, and visual designs using professional design software and AI-assisted creative tools. Every design goes through multiple revisions before moving forward.
Supplier Communication – Once a design is finalized, we work closely with trusted manufacturing partners. We review specifications, request samples, provide feedback, and refine products until they meet our quality standards.
Sample Testing & Approval – Before any product is offered for sale, we carefully review physical samples. If a sample does not meet our expectations, it is revised before approval.
Manufacturing – Our products are manufactured by experienced third-party production partners. EverTick does not operate its own manufacturing facility or produce products by hand.
Fulfillment & Shipping – Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted production and logistics partners, who deliver products directly to customers.
Our role includes product design, quality standards, supplier management, and ensuring every product meets our expectations before it becomes available for purchase.
How Our Marketing Content Is Produced
We believe customers deserve transparency regarding our marketing content.
Original Content – Our team creates product showcases, lifestyle photography, demonstrations, and promotional materials using our own equipment and creative resources whenever possible.
Third-Party Footage & Images – Some marketing materials may include licensed stock footage, third-party visuals, or creative assets used to illustrate craftsmanship, luxury lifestyles, or storytelling. These visuals are for presentation purposes and do not necessarily depict EverTick's own facilities or employees.
AI-Assisted Content – We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in generating or enhancing images, videos, graphics, and promotional materials. AI-generated content is intended for creative illustration and does not represent our actual workplace, facilities, or manufacturing operations.
Creative Storytelling – Some advertisements use storytelling, cinematic editing, or artistic presentation to showcase our products. These creative elements are designed to enhance the viewing experience and should not be interpreted as literal documentation of our daily business operations.
Edited Content – Images and videos may be edited, color graded, retouched, or enhanced to improve visual quality while still accurately representing the product being sold.
The products we sell are genuine, and customers receive the item described in each product listing.
Pricing and Product Accuracy
All prices displayed on our website are the final prices before applicable taxes and any shipping charges shown at checkout.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately represent the products you will receive.
If you believe your product differs significantly from its description, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
Cancellations – Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, production or fulfillment may already have begun, making cancellation unavailable.
Refunds – Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
